Tokyo, 30ème anniversaire de la mort de Maurice Utrillo, November 1985, no. 64 (illustrated in the catalogue p. 90); this exhibition later travelled to Osaka, Kyoto, Yamaguchi and Kumamoto.

Jean Fabris has confirmed the authenticity of this painting.

The present work was painted after a postcard. Utrillo offered it to his doctor, Dodem Jean Tissègre during one of his stays in Dax where he was being cured.
