[Guild of Handicrafts], compartments of spine panelled in gilt, double fillet round sides with, at centre, a large arabesque ornament composed of small and large foliate tools and a central rose, rough edges gilt. ONE OF 300 COPIES, this one no.1. A small gilt tool between the G. and H. inside the back cover closely resembles the drawing of the cornflower. Tomkinson 72/21.
