As the name implies, the cards have a transparent feature, a hidden picture can be seen when the cards are viewed against a bright light. The blank joker reveals the words, "Jolly Joker" and the face of a grinning man, 10 of spades depicts an artist painting at his easel, 8 of spades shows lovers kissing, ace of diamonds shows a man kneeling before a woman and the card reads, "To win hearts, play diamonds."
