The broken swan's-neck pediment centering and flanked by three urn finials above a rectangular hood fitted with an arched glazed door opening to a white painted dial face with Roman chaper ring and Arabic numbers with painted polychrome cornucopiae and bowl with flowers and signed "J. Weiss Allentown," all flanked by colonettes over a cove molding above a waisted case fitted with a rectangular thumbmolded door with coved upper corners flanked by canted and lambs-tongue over a paneled square base with shaped skirt, on ball and ring turned feet
