A VERY RARE IMPERIAL INSCRIBED WHITE JADE BOWL
DATED QIANLONG GUISI YEAR, CORRESPONDING TO 1773
Of circular form, the bowl delicately carved to the underside with a large chrysanthemum bloom forming the very shallow foot, the exterior of the bowl incised with lines of poetic inscriptions below a band of petals below the rim, the well-polished stone of an even pale white tone, with a later silver mount in the form of a spout to one side of the rim
5 3/8 in. (13.6 cm.) diam.
