signed on the horizontal face No.1469 AIR METER W.J. HASSARD GLASGOW, with circumference scale and five subsidiary scales, each with fine blued-steel needle, the vertical vane wheel mounted on the side, also with adjustable alidade arm, raised on a circular base with central threaded mounting aperture, in a mahogany box, the inside of the lid inscribed in ink W. KEY. 1888 -- 11.2cm. (4 3/8in.) wide
