A French gilt-bronze, white marble and painted metal striking pendule a cercles tournants, circa 1890
Modelled with Three Graces supporting a royal blue globe surmounted by a torch-bearing figure of a cherub, with segmental white enamel Roman and Arabic revolving chapter rings, the eight day twin barrel movement with platform lever escapement and countwheel strike on bell -- 29½ in. (75 cm.) high
