Level: top shoulder; bin soiled label, slightly protruding cork
In the latter half of the 1960s and throught the 1970s this was the "star" of the sale room. I described the wine as 'like a great dive, world renowned but not unsullied'. I have over 20 notes. It always seemed on the brink. Fleshy, often corrupt, always exciting. And always with the inimitabel Mouton Cabernet fragrance. Last tasted May 1989. At best *****. MB Vintage Wine
