Of solid construction typical of northern or north-central Chinese manufacture, and low, rectangular form, the panel top with 'ice-plate' edge terminating in everted flanges above two drawers with chrysanthemum-mounted pull rings, and a deep, thickly beaded, curvilinear apron with a central floral bud carving and similar flanges, the legs of rectangular section
