A WHITE-GLAZED PEAR-SHAPED EWER
MING DYNASTY, LATE 15TH-16TH CENTURY
With a single rib at the luting line on the lower body joining the bases of the ribbed handle and spout, the former with lower trefoil terminal and a small loop on top, the latter attached to the waisted neck with a foliate strut, covered overall with a thick glaze of white tone
