Each vase decorated with a series of horizontal bands, the uppermost band with a series of trefoil panels with lotus blossoms within, alternating with stylized blossoms with trailing foliate scroll, the second band with a series of reverse-decorated striding dragons bearing sprigs of lingzhi fungus, the third with a series of floral scroll, and the lowermost band with reverse-decorated scrolls, all below upright leaves on the neck
