KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Thickly potted, with shallow almost upright sides rising to an everted rim, the interior decorated with a phoenix in flight above a qilin standing beside bamboo, a prunus branch and dianthus sprouting from around a blue garden rock, below a band of conjoined foliate scroll in the well, with gilt highlights, the base decorated in green, yellow and black with a prunus-form medallion centered by a crane roundel
