The iconic Starfleet "arrowhead" emblem goes back to "The Cage," the very first episode of Star Trek ever filmed, back in 1964. This updated version was introduced in Star Trek Generations, and was worn by the crew of the Enterprise-E, as well as the cast of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Voyager.
