A mustard-colored miniskirt Starfleet uniform, hidden zipper and snap closures, Lieutenant braid on cuffs and embroidered Starfleet arrowhead insignia sewn onto left breast -- made for Star Trek: The Original Series, the velour fabric indicates this was used during the first two seasons of the show, also believed to have been worn by Persis Khambatta in screen tests for Star Trek: Phase II
