MID-18TH CENTURY, STAMPED TWICE 'L MOREAU' AND 'JME'
The shaped rectangular top with three-quarter raised edge inlaid with a scrolled cartouche filled with a flowering spray and birds, above a frieze inlaid with a cartouche centered by flowered trellis and with a drawer concealing a leather-lined writing slide and and fitments for writing implements, on cabriole legs lined by a conforming cartouche and floral-inlaid undertier, with foliate-cast sabots, stamped to the inside of the drawer and underside front rail, restorations to marquetry and refreshment to staining
