Of rectangular form, with a circular white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes mounted to each side with Sèvres porcelain plaques, the front decorated with a reserve of figures within a pastoral scene, with trellis ground, the sides similarly decorated, beneath a balustrade frieze, on a leaf-tip-cast rectangular base with block feet
