the complete set of seven engravings, 1827, on India laid, (plates I and III with part of an unidentifiable watermark at the right sheet edges), good, clear impressions from either the edition of 120 published by J. Linnell in 1838 or that of fifty published by his son in 1892 (both editions are on similar paper with no appreciable variety in the quality of impression), with margins, each sheet with occasional pale foxing, time staining at the sheet edges, handling creases in the margins, sheets II, III and IV with a short tear at one sheet edge, otherwise generally in good condition
