etching, circa 1631, a very good impression of the second state (of three), before the plate was cut down to an oval, the finely etched details in the face and hands particularly clear, with thread margins, a faint stain at the upper sheet edge (possibly old adhesive), a minor thin spot on the reverse at the lower left corner, otherwise in very good condition
S. 150 x 133 mm.
