Tasting Note: ........at Bob Dickinson's installation dinner at the Biltmore, Coral Gables. Spectacular setting, all at one very long table, like a state banquet at Windsor Castle. The '82 was still enormously deep; a very good rich mouthful, leanness not noted but still creaking a bit. Last noted coping with tournedos of Scottish beef at a Vintner's Court luncheon, Nov 2001 M.B.
