Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1946 and its subsequent sale on May 29th of the following year.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 1590 in 1944 and continued its manufacture until at least 1950. According to our research, the present watch represents one of approximately 15 examples to have appeared at auction.
