A Japanese ivory okimono of a lady and basket, 19th Century
carved standing bare-foot, wearing a long incised robe, holding her sandals with a woven wicker basket in her right hand, signed; and model of a farmer carrying a basket of produce under one arm, a rake in the other - 7¾in. (19.7cm) high max.
