Two Chinese 'twin fish' celadon dishes, Song dynasty
both centres moulded in relief with a pair of fish, the glaze running short of the footrim, the first, Yaozhou, of an olive tone with an everted rim, the second, Longquan, of a pale sea-green tone with a slanted rim -- maximum 5 13/16in. (14.7cm.) diam.; and a Longquan crackled celadon glazed bowl, the exterior with remains of the seggar. (3)
