both by NEGRETTI & ZAMBRA LONDON, one with eight aluminium blades in an ebonised brass frame with suspension loop, the dial face with three subsidiary dials and blued-steel needles, in a plush-lined leather case, the inside of the lid with a correction table completed in manuscript, the case -- 13cm. (5 1/8in.) high; the other with eight mica blades in an aluminium frame, with side-mounted horizontal dial with one subsidiary dial and blued-steel needles, rased on three turned columns from a circular foot, in a fitted mahogany case with printed correction label and photocopied literature -- 12.4cm.
