With gilt-finished lever movement, 21 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the two-tone silvered dial with applied baton and Arabic numerals, outer telemetre scale, two engine-turned subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minutes register, in circular case with downturned lugs, snap on back, two oval-shaped chronograph buttons in the band, 18K gold Vacheron Constantin buckle, case, dial and movement signed

According to the Archives of Vacheron Constantin, the present watch was manufactured in 1937.

This watch is a fine example of one of Vacheron Constantin's early chronograph wristwatches, still featuring olive-shaped chronograph pushers.
