Lot Essay

The invoice for this lot is dated December 1957 and reads:
"Two Cabinets in Selected Cuban Mahogany, inlaid with Holly. One fitted with four cupboards and eight drawers. Both cabinets having the door panels (and the drawer fronts in one) of Morocco, tooled blind and gold by Peter Waters". The invoice is for £460.
