A CELADON JADE MODEL OF A CRAB; AND A WHITE JADE PENDANT

The crab naturalistically carved and pierced clasping millet, the stone of an even celadon tone with one small grey inclusion to one claw, 4½ in. (11.4 cm.) wide; and a small white jade pendant of rectangular shape, one end carved with a rat, the other with a dragon, the sides carved in shallow relief with shou characters and lingzhi, the stone of an even very pale celadon tone, 2 7/8 in. (7.3 cm.) high (2)
