The Nativity plate painted in iron-red and gilt with a scene of the 'Adoration of the Shepherds', Mary, Joseph and the shepherds surrounding the baby Jesus in a crib, a donkey asleep in the foreground, surrounded by borders of stylised foliage, rim restoration, 19.5 cm. diam.; and an encre-de-chine plate showing the resurrected Christ before a sunburst amidst clouds, the angel seated at his feet and the Roman soldiers in disarray in the foreground, on the rim a border of strapwork entwined with flowers and cornucopiae, details picked out in gilt, rim chip, 22.6 cm. diam.
