Circular, with inner and outer bead borders, on four beaded, shell-embellished bracket feet, the center engraved with a coat-of-arms, the base inscribed "Presented by several tradesmen of Bristol to Richard Vaughan Esqr. as a mark of their gratitude for the address and attention he exerted in their behalf in procuring payment of their debts from a very embarrass'd estate, Bristol 7th. May 1792", marked under base
21 in. (53.4 cm.) diameter; 106 oz. 10 dwt. (3321 gr.)
