Comprising a pair of larger boxes and a single smaller example; each of typical form, applied with silver lockplate, hasp, hinges, ball-and-claw feet, bail handles, and a ring handle on the cover, the interiors lined in green velvet and with silver galooning, each lockplate engraved with a crest, silver marked on upper and lower lockplates on larger examples, and on cover handle mount on smaller example
