De forme polylobée imitant la fleur de lotus, la boîte et le couvercle formés de registres de larges pétales moulés en relief et laqués noirs, le dessus du couvercle aplati, délimité par une bordure polylobée entourant un compartiment circulaire, l'intérieur comportant un plateau laqué rouge et noir ; parties relaquées et petites restaurations
