EINSTEIN, Albert (1879-1955). Autograph postcard signed ('Vater') to his younger son, Eduard, postmarked Palm Springs, California, 27 January 1931, reporting that 'my brain has been distilled absolutely dry in the Californian deserts. This is very pleasant', and that he is collecting cacti for Mileva, although he has not written the names down, half page, 8vo, on verso of a picture postcard showing wild flowers in the desert near Mt San Jacinto, the image with a note of greetings signed by Elsa Einstein.
