Volume I only (Vedute; of two), oblong 2° (435 x 647mm). Letterpress title in red and black, 65 plates on 66 leaves by Zucchi, Vasconi, Carlevaris and others after Valeriani and others, one on two leaves, 2 pp. letterpress index loosely inserted. (Title spotted and soiled, some spotting and dampstaining at beginning and end, plate 22 with small marginal tear.) Contemporary half vellum (worn and soiled).
STRONG IMPRESSIONS OF THESE GRAND VENETIAN VIEWS. The work was probably produced under the direction of Andrea Zucchi (1655-1731), with contributions from Vasconi, Luca Carlevaris (1655-1731) and others. The plates have early ms numbering following the index; some have reverse engraved numbering, scratched out, forming a different sequence. Avery p.404; Brunet II, 1696.
