With nickel-finished lever movement, 35 jewels, screwed chatons, the engine-turned silvered dial with visible one minute flying tourbillon carriage with mono-metallic compensation balance in the style of Alfred Helwig at 12, baton numerals on eccentric time display with blued steel hands, two fan-shaped sectors for retrograde date and power reserve, in circular case with milled bezel, downturned lugs, glazed display back secured by five screws, together with a platinum Glashütte buckle, case, dial and movement signed

This watch is accompanied by a Glashütte Original presentation box with outer packaging, platinum case back with hand-painted Meissen porcelain miniature of Alfred Helwig, Certificate dated 27 February 2002 and adjustment tool.

This watch is number 22 of a very limited edition of 25 examples produced in platinum.

With this watch, Glashütte Original pays homage to Alfred Helwig, the master watchmaker who created the flying tourbillon in the 1920s.
