A IMPORTANT SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND SUITE, BY CARTIER
The necklace designed as three oval-shaped sapphires within a brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamond openwork surround to the similarly designed spacers, sides and back, bracelet, ear clips and ring en suite, necklace 39.0 cm long, bracelet 16.0 cm long, ear clips 3.0 cm long, ring size 5¾, with French assay mark for gold
The total weight of the sapphires is approximately 114 carats
Signed and with maker's mark for Cartier, nos. 602926, 603302, 603255
Accompanied by report no. 47429 dated 4 October 2006 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the sapphires are of Sri Lankan origin, no indications of heating (3)
