MIDDLE PRECLASSIC, ca. 900 - 600 B.C.
standing with short arms to the sides, broad shoulders, the wide facial plane with sunken, pierced eyes and recessed mouth showing teeth, the rectangular ears incised, wearing a bipartite coiffure, painted overall in reddish brown with recessed areas in white pigment.
