A CELADON AND BROWN JADE 'SHOULAO AND BOY' GROUP
QING DYNASTY, 17TH/18TH CENTURY
The figure of Shoulao carved looking down benevolently at a small boy by his side, his right hand resting on the boy's shoulder and his left hand holding a basket of lingzhi fungus, the pale celadon stone suffused with brown towards the base
