A LARGE DOUCAI AND FAMILLE ROSE DECORATED JARDINIERE
QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

The deep ovoid body finely decorated with five floral medallions composed of a lotus blossom surrounded by a composite foliate scroll, all separated and framed by foliate arabesques, between a band of upright petal lappets below and a narrow ruyi band above, the mouth rim encircled by a band of linked cartouches enclosing floral sprays, the reign mark inscribed within a countersunk disc encircled by the unglazed base
