149 x 93 mm. 122 pages in a neat calligraphic hand with painted borders. (Lacks one of the preliminary leaves.) Contemporary black morocco, covers richly gilt with small tools composing a large central lozenge made up of fleurons and small tools, four inner triangular corner pieces of similar design, all within a narrow dentelle border, spine elaborately gilt, red morocco lettering piece, pink silk doublures and endleaves (some light rubbing); blue morocco pull-off case by Riviere. Provenance: Mortimer L. Schiff (bookplate); purchased from Harry A. Levinson, 28 November 1947.
