The 12 bore doubtless to be regarded as the standard gun for ordinary driven game but, if additional speed or nimbleness was to be called for, as in grouse shooting, or some partridge shooting, the 20 bore would appeal. Furthermore, each gun has two sets of barrels of 28in. and 30in. respectively, the shorter with comparatively open choking and the longer much tighter. It can be seen therefore that the owner of these guns has in his possession the very best equipment for his sport in all forms. The guns are sold in almost new condition and if ordered today would cost in the region of 62,000 GBP per gun plus tax
