The oval border with ribbon-tied laurel wreath, the obverse with the cipher GA set with rose diamonds within an enameled inscription 'In memory from members of the nineteen years service in the Odessa Mutual Credit Bank', the reverse with the Roman numeral XIX and the dates 1876-1895 within the enameled name of Georgii Emel'ianovich Afanas'ev, within suspension ring apparently unmarked
