The case with ogee moulded cornice, detachable top, glazed sides, spring-loaded solid rear door and spring-loaded pin-released front door, the silvered Roman dial with gilt Breguet hour and minute hands, blued steel sweep centre seconds, calendar rings for day, month and date, engraved Quantieme Perpetuel to the centre, moonphase aperture with concentric ring showing the equation of time with blued steel and sunburst hand, the eight day twin barrels movement with pinwheel escapement and countwheel strike on bell, the back plate mounted with countwheel and the equation cam, early 20th Century and possibly adapted -- 21¾ in.
