Modelled with a man playing the bagpipes, his foot on a monkey's lead, the monkey dressed in clothes and scratching its back with a stick, a woman seated nearby with a scantily clad todler, a boy standing behind them, on a circular rockwork base applied with flowers and foliage (slight chipping to extremities)
