19TH CENTURY, ATTRIBUTED TO THE SOUTHERN NETHERLANDS
Inspired by Duquesnoy models, the standing figure with flowing garments, adorned with stars and Burgundian lilies, holding a nude infant Christ with an orb, the square base inscribed M.S.O.P.N.B., (Madonna Sancta Ora Pro Nobis), the back with protruding metal ring, some damages and repairs
