A well engineered 5in. gauge model of the LM3 0-4-0 side tank locomotive No. 1528,
built by C. J. F. Tickle, with brazed and riveted superheated copper boiler with fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, twin injector, ejector, whistle, clack and blowdown valves. Chassis details include twin outside cylinders with Walschaert's valve gear, cab-operated draincocks, fluted connecting and coupling rods, finely detailed big end bearings, mechanical lubricator, hand-operated lubricator for protection of cylinders after use, high and low pressure injectors, axle lubricator boxes and pipework and vacuum and hand-operated brake gear. Further details include whistle, dummy sanding gear, opening cab windows, water tank balance and dump valve, steps, hand and lamp irons and other details, finished in black and polished brightwork -- 35.5 x 75cm. (14 x 29½in.). Firing irons.
