Icterus spurius
hand-colored engraving with etching and aquatint, on J Whatman Turkey Mill dated 1833, with margins, very minor surface soiling, a few minute pale foxmarks, time staining, a few minor nicks along the margin edges, a short tear and split at the center of the lower margin edge, a skillfully repaired loss at the extreme upper left margin corner, stray printing ink in places on the reverse, otherwise in good condition, framed
