The hardstone clock composed of lapis lazuli, turquoise and agate panels with sapphire detail, the front glazed window with diamond-set borders displaying twelve naturalistic scenes, including a dragonfly, a pair of love birds, a panther, a turtle, a hen, a dung beetle, an owl, a leopard, a sunflower with two bees, a dog, an eagle, and a fish, representing the hours of the day with minute indicator, the fluted coral winder with pavé-set diamond cap to the carved coral base and black onyx stand decorated with cabochon sapphires, circa 1985, 17.6 cm. high, in original Cartier red leather fitted case
