On a cast oval base, with leaf-capped scroll handle, the rim and foot with rosette and guilloche borders, engraved with Greek initials below Greek Royal crown, the plain liner and King's pattern sauce-ladle similarly engraved, marked on body, liner and spoon, the liner stamped 'GARRARDS PANTON STREET LONDON'
9 in. (23 cm.) long
31 oz. (982 gr.)
The initials are those of King George I of the Hellenes, Prince of Denmark (1845-1913).
