A PAIR OF CHINESE WHITE JADE 'PHOENIX' VASES AND COVERS
EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Each flattened baluster vase supported on the back of a seated phoenix, carved and in openwork with small mythical beast head and loose ring handles, the sides formed from the phoenix tail feathers and lotus flowers and leaves, each cover with a crane amongst further lotus
