MARKED FABERGÉ, WITH WORKMASTER'S MARK OF JULIUS RAPPOPORT, ST. PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1890, WITH SCRATCHED INVENTORY NUMBER 1779
The oblong base with beaded and stiff leaf borders, with two Greek key and scroll feet which support the tubular nephrite calendar, the scroll and beaded finials on either end revolve to change the blue enamelled Russian months, dates and days of the week, marked underneath and on each end of the calendar
