A 19th century sailor's wool work picture of a British dressed ship
embroidered, with blue sky and blue and white sea, the ship, a British ship of the line, in red, black, white, tan and brown, rigged with furled sails, standing and running rigging, ship's boats in the water at the stern and on keep-away poles, and decorated with signal flags from bow to stern, various British jacks and ensigns, and the royal standard flying from the mainmast. In abirds-eye maple frame with a gold liner.
